This model is part of the GBD-H1000 series from G-SQUAD, the G-SHOCK sports line. It is equipped with useful functions for training, including an optical heart rate sensor, an accelerometer with pedometer and sensors that recognise orientation, altitude/air pressure and temperature. The GPS function can also measure running distance, speed, pace, etc. It also supports VO2max measurement, which measures cardiorespiratory fitness and can be used as an index to improve endurance during running, etc. In addition, a special app allows the wearer to monitor fitness levels and training progress and automatically create training plans. The material used is designed to reduce discomfort on the back of the hand and wrist thanks to a soft urethane strap with an excellent fit. We have tried to improve comfort by also supporting solar and USB charging.
